With almost twenty years of experience
in the food and restaurant business, which started
in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Vincenzo has acquired the
experience and know-how that is necessary to guide
you through the new, yet well-preserved world of Sicilian
cuisine. Since 1999 Vincenzo has owned one of Palermo's
finest and most well known restaurants, Ristorante
Cin Cin, where the cuisine stays true to tradition,
without loosing touch with the present and future
of the art of Sicilian cooking. He has hosted several
cooking classes, mostly led by Mamma Lucia. And holds
monthly wine tastings, presenting some of Sicily's
best wines. Featuring both old and established vineyards,
and also new, and promising projects. |
