Tips, optional excursions,
meals not listed in itinerary, expenses incurred during
free periods, and anything not listed in itinerary,
and traveler’s insurance.
We strongly recommend the purchase of traveler’s

| Changes in Itinerary |
| DivinaSicilia reserves
the right to make changes in itinerary sequence and
trip direction. DivinaSicilia may cancel the program
due to insufficient enrollment, unforeseen operational
difficulties, or any other reason. |

| Cancellation policy |
All cancellations must
be made in writing or via fax.
Cancellations made 15 days prior the departure
date will receive a full refund less
$200 administration charge.
Cancellations made 15 days to the departure
date will be refunded 50% of the cost.
There will be no refund for any cancellation made 6
days to the departure date.
If for any reason DivinaSicilia cancels the tour, a
full refund will be made. |

| Waiver |
| Participants waive and
release Vincenzo Clemente, its affiliates, agents and
any person or entity utilized by DivinaSicilia from
all claims arising from any injury, loss, damage, accident,
delay, or expense resulting from events beyond its control,
including without limitations, acts of God, war, terrorism,
strikes, incidents of politically-motivated violence,
sickness or quarantine, government restrictions or regulations,
and, in the absence of its own gross negligence, arising
from the use of any vehicle or from DivinaSicilia selection
of, or from any act or omission by any bus or car rental
agency, steamship, airline, railroad, taxi or tour service,
hotel service, hotel, restaurant, or other firm, agency,
company or individual |
